Two mothers and their children playing in the courtyard. It is 10 degrees, windchill -3. I haven't seen any "cool" teens walking around in shorts with no coats here. Everyone bundles up. |
At Alyssa and Kara's school, they don't get to go outside for recess if the windchill is less than 15. I always thought that was a little on the strict side, but now especially so, since where you are your windchill probably won't get above 15 until spring!

I'm a wimp. I gook the picture from the balcony which is fully enclosed.
